  • Custom – made items: Products customized according to customers’ specific requirements. Because of their uniqueness and non – universality, we don’t accept returns and exchanges, except in cases of quality issues.
 
  To complete a return, we need your receipt or proof of purchase.
 
  Please don’t return your purchase to the manufacturer.
 
  In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
