  Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we’re unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

  • Consumables: Opened consumables, such as scented candles and some liquid products. For the rest of the products, once they’re opened and used, we can’t guarantee their quality and safety. Therefore, we don’t provide return or exchange services.
  • Custom – made items: Products customized according to customers’ specific requirements. Because of their uniqueness and non – universality, we don’t accept returns and exchanges, except in cases of quality issues.
 
  To complete a return, we need your receipt or proof of purchase.
 
  Please don’t return your purchase to the manufacturer.
 
  In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
 
  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
  • Any item that’s not in its original state, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to us.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
 
  After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and delivered directly to you, you’ll receive gift credits equal to the value of the returned item. After receiving the returned item, we’ll mail you a gift voucher.
 
  If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gifter shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we’ll refund the gifter and notify them of your return.
