Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we’re unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
There are several types of items that are exempt from returns. Perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines can’t be returned. We also don’t accept returns for intimate or hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other non – returnable items:
- Intimate items: Products that come into direct contact with the skin, such as underwear. Due to the nature of their use, opening these items may affect the hygiene standards for reselling. Thus, we don’t support returns or exchanges.
- Consumables: Opened consumables, such as scented candles and some liquid products. For the rest of the products, once they’re opened and used, we can’t guarantee their quality and safety. Therefore, we don’t provide return or exchange services.
- Custom – made items: Products customized according to customers’ specific requirements. Because of their uniqueness and non – universality, we don’t accept returns and exchanges, except in cases of quality issues.
To complete a return, we need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please don’t return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
- Any item that’s not in its original state, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to us.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you’re approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first double – check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There’s usually some processing time before the refund is posted.

On Sale Items
Only regular – priced items are eligible for a refund. On – sale items aren’t refundable.
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange for the same item, send an email to a12157@outlook.com and mail your item to: Room 505, Building 15, No. 99 Zhengda Road, Qingjiangpu District, Huai’an City, Jiangsu Province, China.
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and delivered directly to you, you’ll receive gift credits equal to the value of the returned item. After receiving the returned item, we’ll mail you a gift voucher.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gifter shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we’ll refund the gifter and notify them of your return.
To return your product, you should mail it to: Room 505, Building 15, No. 505 Zhengda Road, Huai’an City, Jiangsu Province, China.
You’ll be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return. Shipping fees aren’t refundable. If you receive a refund, we’ll deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
If you’re returning a more expensive item, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
